This family-run establishment consists of three rooms, ready to welcome the ever-increasing number of visitors to our beloved Porto Sant’Elpidio.

The rooms, all with a private bathroom, have been realised with valuable materials. They are spacious and bright, with light and welcoming colours. The excellent quality beds and mattresses will give you a restful sleep.
The spacious and colourful bathrooms add a tone to your personal care time.

In short, if you are looking for a place where you can feel at home, all you have to do is make a reservation!

The PINK room is a Deluxe double room, which can accommodate up to four people.

The double bed can be divided into two single beds. When operated as a double, it is equipped with a «topper» that cancels the division of the mattresses.

The sofa can be used as a single bed or as a bunk bed. The high quality guarantees stability and comfort.

The bathroom is spacious and well lit.

Strategic location, very central but away from the hustle and bustle. Everything is within walking distance, located just a few steps from the railway station and Via Cesare Battisti, the hub of local nightlife. In a few minutes you can reach the seafront, where you have a wide choice of equipped bathing stables or free beaches.

If you come on holiday with your four-legged friend, with a pleasant walk through the city centre, you can easily reach the dog park, undoubtedly one of the best in the area.

In the vicinity there is a large free public car park where you can leave your vehicle during your stay.
